Final Week of Fitness Classes

Get reenergized in the Buffalo State Fitness Center during the final days of this fall semester and take advantage of the last week of fitness classes.

This week we still offer body sculpting, yoga, and high-intensity training.

Zumba and Boot Camp will be back next semester.

  • Body sculpting on Monday and Wednesday from noon to 1:00 p.m.
  • Yoga on Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. No class on Thursday. 
  • High-intensity training (like P-90X) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m.

All classes take place in Campus West (Buckham Campus School) A209 and A210.
