Professional Development: PEPDS – Putting the Forms into Context (Four-Part Series)
Performance management can build relationships while ensuring high levels of work performance. The Performance, Evaluation, and Professional Development System (PEPDS) forms should summarize expectations and align the objectives of the employee and supervisor. Participants will apply knowledge and tools to PEPDS forms to gain greater understanding of the system in this interactive session on Wednesday, September 18, from noon to 2:00 p.m. in E. H. Butler Library 181B.
